J. Lee Milligan, Inc. performs heavy highway construction projects including rehabilitation of existing roadways such as our Bailey County US 70 project, new highway construction such as our Dallam County US 87 project, asphalt milling and overlays of existing roadways such as our Lipscomb County US 60 project and bridge construction and replacement such as our Potter US 87 project. Aggregate and asphalt production are also a vital part of our business both for use on our own projects as well as projects of other contractors.
